Kaarthick's path has never been linear — and that shapes everything about how he interviews. Over 14 years, he's built things across wildly different industries, accumulating a cross-domain perspective that's genuinely rare.
He didn't come up through media. Most of what he knows was figured out by doing — sometimes successfully, sometimes not. That history makes him a different kind of host. He doesn't ask textbook questions. He asks the ones that come from having been in the room.
He launched the moustache man because he kept meeting people doing remarkable things who never got asked the right questions. That felt like something worth fixing.
